Where To Go on Weekend in Jakarta: Motomoto Museum, BSD
November 02, 2019
For me weekend means quality time with my family. It is not easy to find a place except mall that my baby (22months) can have fun with in Jakarta. Therefore I want to write down some places that we went and my baby loved being there.
Motomoto in Bahasa means taking (a lot of) pictures. I think the aim of this museum is so people can take a lot of pictures inside. Yet, they are not allowed to touch the art installation.
It has 3 zone: A B and C. There are friendly staffs in each of the zone who will give a brief explanation about the art installation. Among those sections, my favourite is zone A. Because they have a balloon pool.
It was very lucky for us, not that many people came on that time. We could stay, played, and took a lot of pictures without being disturbed.
Last weekend we decided to visit Motomoto Museum in BSD (around 1 hour from Jakarta) after reading some reviews about it. We didn't expect that our baby will love it there. Yet turns out we had so much fun.

Where is it?
Motomoto Museum is located in QBig, BSD. It takes around one hour drive from Jakarta without traffic.
Additional information...
It costs IDR 125,000 on weekend and of course will be cheaper during weekdays. No baby stroller, food and drink allowed. You can take a picture as much as you want but no flash please. Some part needs to wear socks, so better to bring than buying on the spot. Yet you can skip the part if you don't want it.
Lastly, I suggest to come early, so less crowded and more time to take a picture.
