Bread Pudding with Cinnamon on Top

Ingridients:


  • 8 slices bread (I use the small bread as you can see the comparison between the bread and the knife)
  • 500ml milk
  • 8tbsp white sugar (you can adjust depends on your taste) 
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2tbsp butter, melted 
  • 1tbsp palm sugar
  • almond, slices 
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Cooking Steps: 

  1. Break bread into small pieces into a round pan.
  2. Mixed milk and white sugar with medium heat until the sugar melted. Add butter and beat until well mixed. 
  3. After the mixture is warm, add the egg and beat until well mixed. 
  4. Pour over bread, and lightly push down with a fork until bread is covered and soaking up. 
  5. On the small bowl, mixed almond slices with palm sugar and cinnamon for the topping. 
  6. Add the topping and bake it on the oven for 25-30 minutes on 180 degrees C, until the top become a little bit brown.
