Baked Potato Beef with Vegetables

Ingredients: 

  • 4 small potatos 
  • 200gr minced beef 
  • 1 small carrot (grated) 
  • 5 leaves spinach - wash and cut into small pieces
  • 3tbsp butter (melted)
  • quickmelt cheese for topping
  • oil
  • salt & pepper

Cooking Step

  1. Scrub and wash the potato 
  2. Pierce the potato skin with fork on both sides (better to do it on several places, so it will be cooked well) 
  3. Rub the skin potato with oil, salt and pepper 
  4. Bake the potato in 200 degrees for one hour 
  5. While waiting the potato in the oven, boil the mince beef until become half done
  6. Once the potato is done, slice the potato in the center and carefully scoop out pulp - leaving the thiny shell
  7. Add carrot, spinach, mince beef, melted butter, salt & pepper, mixed it well until combined. Then stuff it into potato shells
  8. Place it on an aluminium foil, sprinkle with quickmelt cheese, and baked in 175 degrees for 30 minutes
